The announcement was made at Altec’s inaugural Evolution customer conference last month.
Altec doc-link is the leading document management software for midmarket ERP solutions, including Sage, Microsoft and Epicor. The integration between the two products extends to private-label versions such as Epicor Cash Collect and Epicor Advanced Print Management (APM) sold through Epicor Software as a private-label of two companies’ products respectfully.
The integration allows credit and collection professionals to synchronize documents stored in Altec’s software into the collections software making it available for attachment to email or online for customers in an embedded customer self-service portal.
