The data available from the 2017 Perceptions Study continues to fascinate us. As we regularly pull date from our study, we thought it would be great to share that data visually with our members and visitors. This featured infographic highlights typical invoice submission methods used by different industries and the rate at which the invoice methods are used.
Although companies across various industries still use paper and email to submit invoices to customers, some industries have a higher rate of paper and email invoice submission, such as construction, distribution/logistics and manufacturing. Conversely, some industries – such as software/technology – rely on paper and email to a lesser degree and have invested in electronic technologies such as 3rd-party e-Invoicing.
